This weekend Moeller travels to Toledo to face the Knights of St. Francis deSales. Traditionally a Division II power, the SFS Knights finished 8-2 in the regular season last year, and were upended by Canton Glen Oak in the first round of the playoffs. 2004 resulted in a 45-0 blowout by the Crusaders, so maintaining focus on this quality opponent may be more difficult in 2005.

I'm having a hard time finding any Toledo standings on the web. From what I have discovered, however, SFS was predicted to win the city title. Unfortunately for them, they've been thumped twice. 42-7 against SFS Columbus, and 27-3 against... Brother Rice? I can't say things are looking very good for the Knights this weekend. Prediction: Moeller 42, SFS 10.
